Second, how to judge the quality of the wire
1. Peel off some of the outer skin of the wire, and then check the copper core wire inside in detail. If the color of the copper core wire is purple, and the color is relatively bright, and the texture is relatively soft, it means that the wire is a high-quality product. The color of the core wire is purple-black, and the color is relatively dull, and if it is easy to tear off with force, it means that the wire is a low-quality product.
2. Observe the insulation sheath of the wire in detail to see if its toughness is good. We can cut a section of wire sheath, and then stretch it. If stretched out, it will turn white and break, which means that the wire is a low-quality product with poor toughness and insulation effect. It is not recommended to buy. If the wire sheath is stretched many times without any problems, it is a high-quality product.
3. If it is a high-quality wire, the flame retardant effect of its sheath is generally very good. We can cut a section of wire sheath off, then ignite it, and burn it for about ten seconds. If the sheath just turns black and does not burn, it is a high-quality flame-retardant wire. If the sheath burns quickly, the flame-retardant effect is poor, and it belongs to low quality product.
